Can I type instead of speaking?

Yes. Speaking is faster, but it is not always possible — in a meeting, on a train, next to a sleeping baby.

1. Tap the + button on the list you want to add to.
2. The keyboard comes up with the cursor already in place.
3. Type, then tap Save.

The Action Button and the widgets can also be set to start typing rather than recording, if that is more often what you want.
