Can I rearrange my lists?

Yes, and the order you set is the order everywhere.

1. Press and hold a list card.
2. Drag it up or down.
3. Let go where you want it.

This works the same inside a folder. Rearranging within a folder does not disturb the home screen's order.

Newly made lists and folders appear at the top, since a thing you have just made is usually the thing you want next.
