How do I move a list into a folder?

From the list itself:

1. Open the list.
2. Tap the settings icon in the header.
3. Choose Move to Folder… and pick the folder.

To take it back out again, open it and choose Remove from Folder — it returns to the home screen.

A list made while you are inside a folder is filed there automatically, without being asked.
